The historic Council Chambers of Wagga Wagga were taken over by groups of kids last week, who busied themselves with PVA glue, cellophane, recycled Christmas paper and pipecleaners. Under the instruction of local artist Tricia Harrison, the kids were working on creating a Chinese Dragon in time for Chinese New Year, which falls on February 3 this year.
A small collection of recycled jars were also on hand for a lantern making activity that followed.
