Thousands of residents from Wagga Wagga were evacuated this week as the Murrumbidgee river rose.
I went down to one of the evacuation centres at Wagga Wagga high school to see what essential and comfort items people had brought with them.
(I was asked to evacuate a couple days ago and amongst my essentials packed some chocolate biscuits and a small pile of photos)
