The site is located at the corner of Fitzhardinge St and the Sturt Hwy, Wagga Wagga. The project is a new club building for our client PCYC NSW that will provide indoor sporting facilities, community spaces and cafe for the residents of Wagga Wagga. It is envisaged that the sporting facility will become a regional sporting centre. It will be multi-purpose in nature, catering for activities such as basketball, netball, volleyball, martial arts, boxing, dance, yoga. In addition, the development will also contain office space, educational/child-care space, a commercial café, and car-parking. The facility will have a strong community focus, with spaces specifically designed for the local youth population.
